Roles and duties
According to Rajabhat University Act B.E. 2547 section 7 determine roles and duties of Rajabhat University as follow:
1. >Seek the truth on an academic excellence base on local wisdoms, Thai wisdom and international knowledge.>
2. >Produce quality graduates with knowledge and virtue, with loved and connected to the communities. Furthermore, encourage the lifelong learning in order to help people in communities see through the changes. The said graduate must also be in numbers and quality conform to the national graduation plan.>
3. >Encourage the knowledge of value, awareness, and pride of the local culture.>
4. >Instill and promote the strength of community leaders, religious leaders and local politicians to have a democratic mind with good virtue and ethics and be able to administer the local community development for the common good.>
5. >Strengthen the strength of a teaching profession, produce and develop teachers and academic staff with quality and standard be fitted of a high standard profession.>
6. >Collaborate and being generosity between university, community, local administration and other organizations both inside and outside of the country for the purpose of local development.>
7. >Study and explore the way to develop local technologies and new innovations suited to the life style and profession of local people including of find the way to encourage, maintain and capitalize on natural resources and environment evenly and sustainably.>
8. >Study, research and preserve the royal initiative project when operating university’s mission for local development purposes.>
